Today I fixed/destroyed a couple pages in Moriah's Create this Book. Myself and @SarahRenaeClark swapped our copies of the Create This Book 2 and fixed each others pages! This was a lot of fun!

Okay, a collaboration within a collaboration that resulted from a challenge that was basically a collaboration with the Creator of Create This Book... Long story short : LOVE TO SEE IT! 😊 I hope more & more YT artists continue to do things like this. Seeing artwork get sent around & added to by artists from all over the world is the coolest thing!
(Also, I think your colorful cactus is actually SO cute! I could see it being a sticker / print.)

The way you merged the moon page with your Titanic page was lovely. The sketch itself was interesting to watch come together from beginning to end.

@Debra Espey have you heard of Bellamena or NerdECrafter? Two great other artists. Bellamena has a cutsie style like Moriah, and NerdECrafter has a more dark style. They’re both super awesome and if you like Moriah and Sarah Renee, you’ll love them for sure!

I always have so much fun watching you create and love your collabs with other artists. Such a great idea to 1- spend more time on these art prompts and 2- swapping books with Sarah. It was very encouraging to see you persist with the cactus painting. "Trust the process" is something I remind myself (sometimes repeatedly) on just about everything painting. When I look back I realized those are moments when I learn something new and grow as an artist.

I love this video so much especially the cactus part because it helps us see ourselves in you a bit more with not always being sure of what we're doing an/or happy about what we're doing but still continuing if you understand my meaning, lol, and perhaps makes our aspirations to be as talented as you are when it comes to art a little more realistic, at least it does when it comes to me. One of the most important things you and the art community have taught me since I got back in touch with art is not to give up on a piece, if I don't like, make changes till I do. I also like to Google deep-dive Titanic information, and I’ve read that another part of the reason that they didn’t see the iceberg sooner is that the watchmen in the crow’s nest were denied binoculars after having asked for them before even setting sail. One of the watchmen publicly talked about this after surviving that night. He was absolutely convinced that, had he been allowed to have binoculars with him, he could have saved them from hitting that iceberg. I read that he felt an immense guilt over this (even though it’s not his fault that he was told no), and he unalived himself years later. Just an extra tidbit of information for anyone that’s interested.
Just watched Sarah’s video and came here! I’m currently working on Moriah’s create this book on my channel and have been loving it! I love seeing both of your creations in it! Love the “drama” in this video 😂

Hi Chloe! Some cacti do have red-tinged ribs(the vertical lines going down the cactus), which in nature help keep the plant from getting sunburned.
