i think you need the Expensive Flight Potion. Fly the cart and try to get your cart generator close to the void until the generator/back of the cart disappear, and then fly back up
u need to go into tunnel then if u see yellow light stop there and there will be a small gap at the right side of the wall and go in and u will find secret spot to unlock secret badge to get secret cart
