Ismael was the change of Barnsley, people underrated what a big coach can make on club, very times is not just on game, but on buys and others things relevant for the club, happens the same on my Sporting, that have a coach very similar to Ismael. Barnsley without Valérien gonna back to middle or down to 3º League, is on of the best coachs in the World, for me the 2º after Amorim of my Sporting!!! Is a coach that change the mentality of your players, not just on tatic, but on psycho and motivation and this are 1 on 100 like Conte, Guardiola, Tuchel or Kloop.
