    I like how you explain very easy to follow kahit taglish. Very detailed. Ive tried quite a lot of instructions before pero fail. I will try to follow this one hopefully successful ako bukas. Fave namin to ng husband ko when we eat at korean restaus

      Equal part soy sauce, vinegar, mirin, half of equal part water, red pepper flakes/optional, and sesame seeds/optional. Adjust everything to your taste.

      Normally its soysauce
      Vinegar and chili powder 👍

      You may, why not! However the “real” budae jjigae is made with supposedly the processed and canned meats- the ones that Koreans got from the left over kitchen supplies of the american army.
