KONICA-MINOLTA bizhub c554e color and 554e monochrome copier - fuser unit replacement. If you have a problem: the copier gets dirty, the image is repeated, the copy is blurred and the copier jammed the paper, it is very possible that the Fusing Unit is used. My module is designed for 1,200,000 copies, but only made 200,000 prints. Three months earlier, I had already washed the heating rollers once, but as you can see in the video, it did not help, so I am replacing the entire unit.

Follow the steps in this order:
1 Check the fusing unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position).
2 Check the open/close operation of the upper right door.
3 Check the fusing unit, IHC, IHPU, IHMEB, NF1 and PRCB for proper connection and correct or change as necessary.
4 Check the marketing area of IHPU. If the marketing area is incorrect, replace IHPU for proper marketing area.
5 Replace the fusing unit
6 Replace IHC
7 Replace IHPU
8 Replace IHMEB
