It awesome seeing how much you’ve grown as an interviewer Dave you seriously killed it! Uriah had a super interesting story and as a pre med student it’s awesome to hear about the medicine side of SOF which isn’t spoken about enough.
The perspective of Uriah and his ability to recollect and then frame the story...superb. TY for this episode. It was a different flavor and one that brought back many memories, some not good. And I know the guy who committed suicide; he was in my previous unit. So terrible to hear that his bad days won...Thanks again for your story.
Thank you Uriah and Dave. One of, if not the best, conversations to date. As one in the midst of healing trauma past and present, I can't thank you enough for your candor, courage, and guidance. I have lost my tribe and the isolation and loneliness are horrible, unbearable at times. Conversations like these have been a major help in feeling connected and making sense of this very challenging phase of my life journey. Much love coming your way, thank you!
@@dave_parke Thank you David. Y'all are making that clear and bulding a tribe for so many, both whom have served and not. Many thanks to you, Jack, D, Andy and Jason. Y'all are making a serious impact!!
@@dave_parke Thank you David! I feel it. You're saving lives more than I think you can appreciate. This shit is impactful and serious. You are doing incredible work building a tribe and community, both for those whom have served and those who wish they had. Thank you!!
Great job one of my favorite pods you’ve done so far’ what a professional. Muncie,IN - born raised know jasper well 82nd ABN DIV …. Thx so much guys listened to this twice today
5 hours 17 minutes… Dave wasn’t joking about him talking forever😂 nah but seriously for someone trying to go into the military Dave and Jack do a fantastic job about giving me an insight. Dave did a great job tonight!
Curious if hommie gets mad being called a strappie lol or a strap hanger lol. I only ask because after working with some of these guys overseas, we were fully impressed and glad to have them with us. Kinda like a Navy dud I met, never went SEAL, however was in the Intel community, fucker had, Halo, Sere, Clandestine explosive school taught somewhere on east coast lol, did hush hush shit, and he was a Chief. He laughed because active SEALS were pissed whenever he was around however, there was a respect.🫡
He is the first I’ve heard talk about the 18 month deployments. Thank you!!! 18 months was pure hell.
Dave did a phenomenal job solo on this one. Keep it up guys. Thanks

He comes across as a very gentle, humble professional. Absolutely outstanding interview!
Great convo! This long ones help when I am bored at the office, cleaning the house, and long bike rides.

Great podcast
Thx guys
One of the best
Another banger… enablers opportunities…
It sounds similar to an Israeli bandage? But I like the simplicity of it being able to be used with any brand tourniquet or bandage. Good stuff.
Solid Dude
5 hours? You need to put up an intermission slide a couple of times so everyone can stock up on refreshments. th-cam.com/video/lm6IU6V-dE8/w-d-xo.html
No Jack's legs on this one? 😢😆
🔥🔥
One of the best interviews in a longtime. Would like to see more without Jack
Is he from comtech or TFO
Support for TFO
Is this really 5 hours long?
It’s Jack’s fault for going on vacation. You can’t leave me to run a podcast.
