They SHOULD have surrounded her all at once!! this should have stopped when she was on the city streets in Santa Monica and even at 10:30 the evening earlier when she began her yelling and screaming and the neighbors were calling 911. The she rammed the police car and the guy on the phone telling 911... "are you get more officers here now?" OMG! It should have ended WAY before this crash!!!

He was the line of defense and he moved to let her go forward and hit all those cars. No ma’am, he was supposed to stop her. He moved all the way and let her hit those people.
They actually pitted her several times successfully, but she just kept on driving. The only "sad" part of this I see is that innocent people just going to work were victimized by this drug-addled witch.

Looking at the entire video from the actual start of the chase, I think they had multiple chances to stop her. But went easy on her and let her slip away, multiple times. This chase should never have made it on to the highway.
Can we get some response from a police officer? Preferably an LA one? Are you restricted from direct intervention? I mean head on interception? There seemed to be several times when a low speed head on hit would have stopped this. I know some of the highway patrol have done such, It's risky, but this could have been much worse in the end.
