Great video, I have some confusion about receipts. Should you give the customer the receipt from the restaurant? as some drivers say no. I believe Uber also gives a receipt, so is it really needed to include the receipt with each delivery? I'm just worried that customers might complain that they did not get a store receipt and i don't get a tip.
If it's stapled on the bag, I leave it, if it comes in the order I give it, if it's not on the order Ignore it. For receipts it's a "What you see is what you get...and give" lol
Do you have trip radar? I just went out delivering yesterday for the first time in a while and this trip radar thing was now in my app, apparently when these confussing offers popped up. I'm confused on how it works. I can't find any videos that specifically show you how to access it or what buttons to press. There are a lot of videos about it, but they don't show you specifically how to do what uber is claiming what to do. I don't even know how to explain what I mean exactly. There's no trip radar button like they claim, there's no "put your hand up" button like uber claims, they don't tell you how to access the list, they don't tell how to except the orders or anything. No one is explaing anything just talking about it. I understand what it is, but how do you opperate it? Not even uber is explaining that.
Hey Islam. If it;s a 2.50$ - 3.50$ order it's not tipped. To see in the app after you complete the order you can go to Earnings then See Earnings Activity and pick which order you want to see and scroll down. If it's after 2 hours and a tip is present, it will show in there.
It's possible since I made this video they changed things , you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the app or contacting support. Sorry I wish I had a better answer

I never had to but they could have changed the requirements. I know for Uber Eats you don't need vehicle inspection. I never even knew that asked for a defensive driver course certificate
Hey Derek. Yup that's what I tend to do is be parked , have them both on and when one comes in I accept it and then turn to the other off. 95% of the time it's a Uber order I end up doing lol

But I have to wait for orders. And in SKIP I'm ALWAYS online. It seems to me that SKIP does not like to be disconnected during the shift and, therefore, limits orders to a minimum.

Hello , Uber does not send you a bag. If you want one you have to buy one directly yourself which I recommend Amazon and if that's the case my link is listed on my channel

I've tried a bunch of different ways to change emails so I can access/finish setting up for UE, no luck! I also can't get anyone on phone/chat. Ideas?
So my friend was set on a UberX or Rideshare driver and she didn't want it and had everything already uploaded to Ubers platform but she could only get it changed by the help of support on the app. Beyond that I am not too sure beyond a new email and putting the info all in again sadly.
It will automatically leave the Uber application open so you can change tabs to see it but no , Waze won't transfer the clients comments over. Waze will only show you the address you are going to that's all.
I find the earnings number motivational and I'm never going to UberX so no one else will ever see that number. LOL The issue I am having is that I am being offered Shop & Pay - plus card. I click to accept, I downloaded and read the agreement paperwork & now when I click accept it moves onto the next screen except that it's blank... Just a blank white screen... Any ideas? Heather xo

Well. I picked up a triple stack Poulet Rouge today and I parked on a cross walk lol I don't recommend it at all but sometimes , we do what we have to do lol. I always say if you can park in the parking lots. Go that route lol

Surging areas show up on the map right away, if they are never showing, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

I'd say uninstall the app and reinstall it because I am unsure why that is happening. Contacting support is useless 90% of the time lol

They don't charge any taxes , you are in control of that part. Yea we are supposed to put taxes on the side
