In particular your explanation of getting the white clip off the rod (SUPER helpful!) and at the end where you were talking about how that rod can bend. Thanks a lot!

I just had that problem with the rod. How did you bend it back to make it work? I finally figured out that was the problem after putting everything back together haha. Just barely not enough range of motion. Do I need to squeeze tighter or bend it away??? I thought it was a missing spring at first then maybe a broken plastic piece. Thanks for the vid man.

Ok I just solved it. I took a bit of coat hanger and made a little spiral clip. It locked right in! Gotta love dsms
