HELLO EVERYONE! Today I'm trying out a very popular flanker from the house of Azzaro. Azzaro Chrome Aqua! This bluegreen fragrance is not quite one year old, how is it doing so far? Is it worth pulling the trigger on? Or should you just leave it in your shopping cart until you come across something better?

I smelled Chrome Aqua in retail after the holidays and picked up a tester from fragrancenet back in February. I've worn it a couple times and I've had good feedback. I agree with you. It's a good fragrance for the price you can get it for from discounters.

Great impressions Tom! This one and Chrome Sport were the only two worth getting for me. Love how the basil is done in Aqua.
If you like the basil in Chrome Aqua then you would likely really appreciate the Solarissimo series - especially Levanzo.

I was able to snag a small bottle over the winter for a great price haven’t had a chance to wear yet may throw it on this weekend and give it a try great video
I think you might enjoy 'Lacoste style in play', since it has a green apple note :) but its also a very addictive summer scent!

The other Azzaro you showed is the Legend which I'm not a fan, it's a weird smelling one. I like the original Azzaro and this Aqua sounds good. I haven't tried it yet.

I just randomly ordered this because I liked the color and anything that is green aromatic. I was looking for an under the radar gym scent and I liked the color, presentation, name... And funny enough there are only positive reviews on every site even fragrantica which is rare. Yet this makes no lists. Fine by me. Hope it smells as good as everything about it looks

Ironically, I too have had this still packaged and kicking around for a while now and tested it for the first time this morning. Btw, I believe you showed Chrome Legend when you held up that elongated bottle. Chrome’s bottle looks identical to chrome aqua’s except it’s clear

Sooo….how was the longevity of Aqua??? Is it about the same as Pure?? I absolutely LOVE Pure! And it lasts just perfectly for me, all day and then the dry down is just strong enough to last and to smell good in the evening if I’m chilling. Or I can spray it on again and go out, or choose something else.
How would you compare it with ADG Profumo?
Aqua is more light and citrusy with green/bluegreen tones that make it's scent profile very accessible but more noncommital...ADG Profumo is much darker...like *deep* aquatic; and with the sage and frankincense more resinous and longer lasting. Their similarities (if there are any true ones) end after the open and mid lean towards drydown.

@@carvinieri5217 No fragrance can absolutely guarantee you compliments - three conditions have to be met; you're close enough for someone to smell you, the environment is appropriate for it, and the fragrance is projecting well enough to be obvious. There's no reason you couldn't get a compliment while wearing Chrome Aqua, meeting those requirements.
First time buying a decent fragrance. Is it good for night out?

I know this review is old, but I really like this fragrance! I go for the citrus clean type of scents....Curve Wave, Kenneth Cole Reaction, Eternity Summer, etc....Can anyone recommend another fragrance that falls into this category that is good?
Also, my favorite cologne of all time is Sean John Unforgiveable...that is a great date night fragrance in my opinion!
Try Armaf El Cielo, Missoni Wave, Hugo Boss Unlimited, Lacoste Blanc 12.12 they are all similar but not redundant.
