- German Fire trucks responding:
Command van, Heavy Rescue Truck 2, Rescue Tanker 2, Rescue Tanker 1, Large Capacity Tanker, Pod Carrier 5 with the environment protection container, Pod Carrier 4 with the decontamination container, an Ambulance and Aerial Ladder 1 from the Osnabruek FD responding to a call. It was the first time that I was in Osnabrueck, and I just got off the bus and didn't even make it to the station as I heard the first units approaching.

Responding pod carrier units can make people feel worried, as they may think "What the Hell is going on?". In addition, the odd pneumatic siren sound makes them creepier, (1:10).
no not really, most people don't understand the tactical pupose of a specific apparatus, they are usually able to define a ladder truck, and everything else is often just a fire truck

Das Video ist auch richtig klasse! Da haste ja echt mega Glück gehabt direkt 2 große Einsätze filmen zu können. In welchen Abständen entstanden die einzelnen Video denn etwa? Ist ja eine doch eher ungewöhnliche Ausrückfolge. Like+Favo.

Liking the tanker trucks ;) And that decontamination container truck was well awesome! I've filmed a mass-decontamination truck here before, it's a large lorry full of decontamination tents and has a forklift truck on the back, extremely rare to film as they're mostly reserved for 'doomsday' incidents (E.g. nuclear attack, mass release of CBRN in a crowded area, nuclear accident like Chernobyl) so they've never been used. Only reason I caught it was because it was on a training run!

But what I will say is - well done, that's exceptionally good to get somewhere and catch all that the first time you've been there in just an hour!

yes they all responded to the same incident, which was a hazmat call with kerosene leaking out of 3 tank cars

no unfortunately I don't know what and where that call was, must have been some environmental issue but I have no idea what exactly.

wir nennen das Gefahrgutzug, allerdings fehlen da noch die Freiwilligen Feuerwehren, die jeweils mit einem Wagen dazu kommen

Als ich das gehört habe, was du wieder bekommen hast.. Eig. müsste man dir ja jegliche Materialien zum Aufnahmen entziehen bzw. dir Filmverbot geben, was du schon wieder abgeräumt hast. Was solls, schönes Video! :-D
