The problem with terizla is that his damage DECREASES MASSIVELY mid to late game which results in barely phasing the enemy. So it's always better to build him tank than damage because his sustain is INSANE and he also has a lot of CC.
I think this hero is pretty balanced both at early & late game. At early you have 2nd skill to compensate for your lack of defense and at mid to early you have your passive to tank stuff and open a war for your teammates.

I was really thinking of buying him since he first came but at that time i don't have enough bp so I did't bought him later I keep on grinding bp and now I have 61k so I bought him now and I am also going to buy masha on September 17 😊
Done this many times and its the best feeling on late game, it feels like a buzzer beater when i patiently wait for them to finish doing skills and lure all of them and get it with the ulti. Vamp build is definitely a help.
