Baby brother, those empty coils mean lost revenue. My machines are NEVER empty. I'm paranoid and check them every other day. I send my 10 year old nephew in the locations every other day that I pick him up from school to check the machines at a glance and let me know if I'm low. He's a black belt in Taekwondo, plays linebacker, and is almost 6 ft tall.

hey man i'm 16, I just recently got one snack and one soda machine in a building that is pretty slow. What do you recommend I should do to improve and expand. I'm thinking right now about adding credit card readers but I don't know much about it.
Santiago Lartitegui I suggest putting a paper on the vending machines asking employees exactly what they want in the vending machine. And if you think it’s just not going to perform good start looking for a new location before you pull it out.

Thanks for the sub!! To go over all product would take forever you would just have to see what I’m filling in machines. I normally spend from 400 to 600 a week if I’m doing my whole route.

. I buy all my machines used!! To expensive new. I have just about all warehouse locations. And not to many problems buying used it’s been a blessing.

I noticed when collecting your earnings from the machines you didn’t immediately stock or put change back in for customers. So are they temporarily down for a day or so? I hope you triple your profits soon :)
Susana Muon this video was strictly collecting money because it’s just what people like to see. And the change refill itself when people put coins in the machine. And I filled it up just left that part of the video out.

I am doing my research now and watching and reading all I can about the vending business, but I do have a question for you. How are those bills getting into your coin box?
Kenn M if you let bills fill up to much in the bill validator it will prevent people from being able to use bills. So I knew I was meeting my machines sit longer so I made sure I pulled the money from my faster locations

Primal Smash no contract at any locations. And I actually never thought about that. I always have proof because I make videos.
