Fulaich (Uhkayang ) is celebrated in whole Kinnaur in month of hindu calender भादो .
Uh (ऊ) means Flowers(फूल) and Kayang means Dance Nati (नृत्य)
Uhkayang उख्यंङ=(ऊ-कायङ) फ़ूलो के साथ कायङ नृत्य करने का मेला ..
Also named as the festival of flowers, it is celebrated in the month of September & October . It involves paying floral tributes to Sonige (देव परिया) & Invisible Diety (यक्ष,नाग,गन्द्ररव,काली ) which is available at high peaks.. In Kinnaur peoples bring Brahmkamal(रोन्गोर/ड़ौगौर ), Musk Larkspur (लोस्कारच) , Himalyan Knotweed ( शवीग-पाटीन्ग्च /शवीग सीलंग), Poa Alpina (जौल जी/लानू ऊ), Carex nivalis ( रोक सीलंग) Paboo Uh, Saussurea gossypiphora (खास्बाल) & offer to villege local diety & Naati with Devta Ji Take Blessings ...💐💐💐

I m unable to see masks nd any precautionary arrangements for the current on going situation 👍
Masks and other precautions aren't there because in hills,no one from outside is coming in the village without being quarantined for 14days.and if you are doing kyang,even masks will not save you because at time of kyang you are directly in touch with others as you can see...but mainly masks aren't getting used just because None of other is entering the village without being quarantined.
@@pradeep_negi I agree with your point that currently no one is travelling to hill stations. But is it like those localities are exceptional? I think you stated a valid statement that in celebration even if they wear masks also it ll not help.... So what do you think we should keep our health at first place or occassions?.

@@beingjustnidhi my answer is just simple that none of person entered in the village..so villagers are safe..as if no one came inside the village then it's obvious that corona also didn't entered...and rest villagers are aware of this so If there would anything,none of occasion will be organized.

@@beingjustnidhi ma'am let me tell you one thing..they have "celebrated" ukhyang😄😄,ask her that is there any positive case in her village...and and..kangra is not in kinnaur or maybe you were saying something else that I didn't get ...and one more thing is that Kinnaur isn't a small place..it has towns also so maybe the positive case were found in town or city area not in village area...don't make it so argumentive topic...and if you have this much problem with please come to delhi and ask people why they are roaming in the streets and markets without any reason...you are arguing for that place which is safe as no one entered the village but would you like to come here so that you can stop these people who are wandering in markets.please do something for here also..

बहुत सुंदर मजा आ गया
मैं उत्तराखंड के उत्तरकाशी जिले से हूं और मेरे गाँव से 8-10 किलो मीटर दूर ऊंचाई पर एक गांव है ढालिगांव ।
वहां पर सारे किन्नौर के प्रवासी लोग हैं जो काफी समय पहले आकर वहां बस गए थे। और अब वहीं रहते हैं। वहां भी वो हर बरस फुलैच का त्यौहार मनाते हैं और मुझे वहां जाने का सौभाग्य 3-4 बार प्राप्त हो चुका है। और मैं जितनी बार गांव रहता हूं तो वहां मेले में जरूर जाता हूं।
मुझे वहीं से जानने की इच्छा हुई कि जो असली कन्नौर है वहां के लोग कैसे रहते होंगे या उनका कल्चर कैसा होगा।
यहां के प्रवासी किन्नौरी दुर्गा माता की पूजा करते हैं।
