Heya! I just want to let you to know that i started growing a lot of anemone and ranunculus because of you. Your video inspired me to make a whole bed just for these so thank uou so much! Im so happy to find another gardener nearby to give me the confidence to start my own flower garden. I just have one question, do your anemone and ranunculus comeback and rebloom reliably every year? Hope you have a lovely day!
Hello! I don't see a problem leaving a little stem (maybe like a stump), but the reason it is typically removed is to lower the risks of disease/rot/bug damage in storage. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that anemones will grow even if you place the wrong side up.....but do whatever works for you and report back 🙂

I'm so happy for you! And thank you for commenting with those kind words.
And yes, my anemones and ranunculus do return every year quite reliably.
Hi could you leave the stems on the anemones cause they're hard to figure out which way is up?

You know you have not told me how to store anemone's bulbs? WTF
