If ur budjet is 9L and u need allround experience with good engine and 3.5 star rating safety with loaded features u can definetly buy the i20. Or if u think i want better built quality more than engine performance u can buy TATA ALTROZ. or If u think mileage is my preference u can buy baleno with low built quality.
