This bus line was #86 then renamed to #186 after the wall fell and has followed this same path since I lived on Osdorfer Str. in 1989 as a young teenager. We lived in the white building on the right when the bus stops at 3:35 in the video. I broke my arm trying to ride a skate board down the hill you can see going down into the parking garage under the building behind the bus stop. Very cool Thanks for the video.
They do exist, but in a crowded city like Berlin there isn't always room for them. And although it may look like people park on the pavements, they're actually designated parking spots.
