Great Tog action, keeper + Big Mystery fish before a storm.

Nonstop tog action with a nice keeper in the mix. I hooked into a monster mystery fish, it felt very heavy, but it broke me off. The weather turned for the worse sooner than expect it and I had to call it a day just 2 to 3 hours into our trip. A 1oz unpainted tog jig and green crabs were doing the trick.

Thank you for watching brother!. I stick to 1 oz for that area, even when the tide is ripping 1 oz is enough for inside. If I fish in the open around the bridge I just stick to a rig with a 3oz medallion sinker those sinkers don’t roll like the bank sinkers.

The gloves, I was thinking of getting the mittens but I think the gloves are just fine. Keeps my hands nice and comfortable even when they get wet. I don’t think the mittens will be as comfortable once they’re wet.

Dry suit from AliExpress $186. I just wear two layers of thermals and wool socks and I’m warm and dry.
