Crocodile Clips Elementary Tutorial#3: The Large LED Circuit

Enjoy it! it's a real fun whenever I do a circuit!
-Have 10 LED 3 Red,4Yellow and 3Green with 3 Integrated circuits and a logic gate, and more basic stuff.

I did the circuit, but as soon as the color moves, it took 30 minutes and it is still on the red led???

Change the capacitor bud.
