    Kashmiri Paneer Recipe
    **Ingredients**:
    - 250g paneer (cubed)
    - 2 medium onions (finely chopped)
    - 2 tomatoes (pureed)
    - 1/2 cup yogurt (whisked)
    - 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
    - 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
    - 1 tsp garam masala
    - 1 tsp fennel powder
    - 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    - 1/2 tsp asafoetida (hing)
    - 1-2 cloves
    - 1-inch cinnamon stick
    - 2-3 green cardamom pods
    - 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
    - Salt to taste
    - 2-3 tbsp mustard oil or ghee
    - Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
    - 1/2 cup water
    **Instructions**:
    1. **Fry the Paneer**: In a pan, heat mustard oil until it smokes. Fry the paneer cubes until golden on all sides. Remove and keep aside.
    2. **Prepare the Masala**:
    - In the same oil, add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, and cardamom pods. Let them splutter.
    - Add asafoetida (hing), followed

    3. **Add Spices**:
    - Add Kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric, fennel powder, and salt. Sauté for 1-2 minutes.
    4. **Add Tomato Puree**:
    - Pour in the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
    5. **Add Yogurt**:
    - Lower the heat and slowly add the whisked yogurt, stirring continuously to avoid curdling.
    6. **Add Water and Cook Paneer**:
    - Add water to the gravy and let it simmer for a few minutes.
    - Add the fried paneer cubes and garam masala. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the paneer absorbs the flavors.
    7. **Garnish and Serve**:
    - Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
    - Serve hot with steamed rice or naan.
