Putting The New BackRack Bar On The F-250! Unboxing + Quick Overview

- Today we installed the brand new BackRack rear window protection bar on the F-250! The guys over at BackRack sent us one to install on the new truck and I wanted to take a minute to show it to you guys.

I definitely wanted to protect that rear window, and I also wanted to install a mini-LED light bar on top. We have the light bar kit also mounted on this guy, which I did another video on. This kit wasn't overall too bad, if I'm not mistaken, they run for about $160-$200.

ive had one on mine for 4 years.and love it.ill send you a pic tomorrow with everything on it plus with the tonnue cover on the truck.
Got the same style, it's going on 10 yrs old now and no problems. still looks new. I was worried about the back rack decals going away with time but not the case, also seems unfazed by salt it's got no rust. Great strong product.

Just bought a 2020 F150, and I am looking to install one on my truck with a 22’’ led bar as well!
Do you know if back rack makes a stainless steel unit for new F 350 pick up. Looks like the bolts you used probably will rust. Looking for rust free back rack. Thanks

I'm looking at ranch hand headache racks hate the way the back racks look but I know some guys like the look of them
awesome video brian. we had a plow guy having a totally bad day by my work. he took out a cart corral for shopping carts. then backed into a car that was passing behind him. felt bad for the guy. its only like an inch of snow.
Nice rack. I do not have one on my F150 but maybe next year. Great for no only protecting your window

Never been a huge fan of the back rack brand racks, always looked cheap to me. But thats just my opinion. Trucks awesome man!

Should just be included in your commercial liability, as long as it doesn't exceed 30% of your gross revenue. Check with your agent first though.

There is an adapter plate that bumps up the guard/support rail. It allows for a tonneau cover to be installed still. I may do that next spring. I'd like to have a hard top tri-folding cover myself.
my tri fold folds up resting on the rear window so i have full access to my bed im not sure if it will still work with it on
