Garen URF Mage Counter, Wild Rift

So, this mode is heavy on mages that now have infinite casting at low cooldowns. So the counter to that, is magic defense, mobility, resistance to crowd control, and sustainability vs poke. Garen has all of that. Assuming you grab the right items. Perfect mage hunter.
MR Boots + Maw then go combined defense for the rest as you still need some defense for ADCs late game.
