  • The TEEX Tower Technician Level One course answers the need for qualified technicians with comprehensive cutting-edge technical training provided to participants with an interest in the industry. During this 120-hour course, students receive not only traditional classroom training, but each also has the opportunity to participate in multiple field exercises and other hands-on training scenarios; all followed by scenario testing used to determine student comprehension.
Registered participants will be challenged physically during this intensive technical training program and should be prepared for climbing exercises while carrying specialized tools used to perform tower prop installation tasks.

Too touch on starting pay; I make $22 an hour and $150 a day PerDiem, I average around 60 hours a week. I’m from college station and I currently work in PNW traveling on the road isn’t all that bad I still have weekends off and have plenty of time for myself. It’s truly a good career and it saved me from being a homeless vet. A year ago I only made $13k and now I’m making just over $100k a year. If you’re young and single than I say do it! Don’t stay in your hometown, screw those people, do a badass job and get paid to travel!
