  • LRT Redemptorist and Mia Station Update
    The initial phase of the Light Rail Transit Line 1 (LRT-1) Cavite Extension is nearing completion, with a remarkable 99 percent progress and preparations underway for its anticipated launch in the fourth quarter of this year.
    Currently, the five new stations are also nearing finalization, with completion rates as follows: Redemptorist Station at 93.3 percent, MIA Station at 93.5 percent, Asia World Station at 83 percent, Ninoy Aquino Station at 88 percent, and Dr. Santos Station at 94.1 percent.
    The extension project, spanning 6.2 km, will initially link the Baclaran Station in Pasay City to the Dr. Santos Station in Parañaque City, catering to an estimated 600,000 passengers daily.
    Aseana City (also known as Aseana Business Park) is a 204-hectare (500-acre) mixed-use central business district development located in Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines. Owned and developed by D.M. Wenceslao & Associates (DMWAI) through Aseana Holdings, it is situated in the centermost portion of the Central Business Park (alongside PAGCOR's Entertainment City) between the SM business complex in the north and Asiaworld in the south within the Bay City area.

    Napaka ganda ng footbridge, kitang kita mga tatawid, maiiwasan mga vendors at masasamang loob kasi transparent .....good job!

    Malamang hindi pa din matatapos ung lrt1 stations na natitira going ng niog bacoor..... Bong bong should do something on this. Ng goal ng lrt1 ay up to cavite. Hayahay pa rin ung mga may lupa jan na ayaw ibenta ung right of way

      Iyan ang problem SA democracy crazy greed and selfish mga mayayaman ayaw pagbigyan ang government projects. Kung SA China iyan wala Kang karapatang SA lupa kapag kukunin para tayuan Ng project isasama Lang sagasaan Ng bulldozer Kung ayaw mo ganyan Sana ang batas pagdating SA development projects Kung ayaw pumayag mayari sagasaan Ng pison or bulldozer Ng may mapala ang madamot at makasariling mayari.     hindi stiff ang stairs, di ka mapapagod umakyat kasi maluwag ang stairs, at hindi matarik at maliliit ang stairs landing , ito malalapad, hindi mag bibigay ng strains sa knees.

    Not in a lifetime na inakala kong matutupad ang matagal nang hinihintay ng mga kabitenyo, at mga taga south...
    Di ko na pipiliin mamintas sa design o anuman ang importante its doing its job and whats it is intended to do, as a MASS TRANSIT.

    Alam na this, kaya ganun lang ang itsura ng pagkakagawa ng mga footbridge ng MMDA, dumaan na sa maraming bulsa.

    sana naman e landscape yang mga mrt station at pagandahin naman yan tawiran diyan tas lagyan security para walang squater

      Oo nga, dapat nga malapad na footbridge na parang 2 lane road ang lapad na may greeneries dapat yan at mas interesting yung landscaping, para naman maganda tuwiran at hindi masikip para sa mga dami ng pasahero dyan na tatawid. Masyadong makitid at mukhang dugyot ang MMDA footbridge. Dapat ginaya ng LGU dyan yung ginawa sa Ortigas. Ganda ng CBD pero pangit ang footbridge para makapunta.

    Yikes...yan na naman ang mga footbridge na halatang di talaga pinagisipan.
    Sa ibang bansa pag entrance or exit sa train stations automatic may escalator and/or elevator talaga. Onli in da pilipins...

    Runway rail of Metro Manila's LRT 1 extension is an inverted U shape, KL mrt2's is a double U shape, Bangkok's BTS section is a square box.

    Meroon ba itong escalators kawawa naman yung mga sasakay timipid masyado itong station na ito. Kinuha nila yung original lrt station outdated. Dapat sa nscr sila nagkaroon ng inspiration

    bakit kaya di itinago ang pipe para sa rain water, pwede naman kasing itago yan para malinis at maganda tingnan ang aesthetics ng boung building ng station.

    7:53 - Sir sana binasa mo yung nakaraang komento ko tungkol sa pinataas na lakaran (elevated walkway). Gaya ng sinabi ko nuon, hindi puwedeng magarbo ang disensyo kung ang MMDA ang magpapagawa dahil bawal ang sobra o kulang sa panggastos dahil tiyak na maaakusahan sila ng kurapsiyon.

    7:54 gustuhin man ng mmda ganyan ang footbridge..tutulugan lng ng homeless at pwpwestuhan ng street vendor..pansinin nyo design ng mga footbridge.anu mang oras pwede lagyan ng roof pag bmaayos na ang systema ng kalye...
