1:00 To Scott’s point, I believe that shaking the remote to trick has an advantage. Other than the fact that D-pad is an uncomfortable trick button compared to ZR on the Wii U and Switch, it’s easy to buffer the trick when you shake the remote instead of mashing D-pad. They made it a lot harder to miss a trick in later games but it’s a much tighter window to trick in MKWii in my opinion.

Thanks so much for this, I beat Galdera for the first time using these strats! I also beat the first 2 extra battles using some of these same strats (especially the temenos nuke), I really learned a lot from this.
That adress is in California, Scott lives in Ohio. Looking it up on Google maps it shows it is a UPS store. My guess is that if you wanted to send something to Scott, that's the address.
watching eric use flame runner and just dry accelerate with its awful acceleration stat, when the whole reason people use the flame runner is that you can bypass that by doing a standstill mini-turbo to get straight back to full speed from a stop
