The only way to get the 2 bugged achievements is to delete gorebox and manage to find an old version like 14.5.0 and you'll be able to get the 2 achievements. After that update gorebox to the latest version and there you go you now have all achievements

I got the welcome achievement and don't touch the pipe achievement

The achievement, welcome to Gorebox, is given to you the first time you open the game
AND l Don't touch the pipes was available in old versions of Gorebox, where you had to touch the pipes below.
And there are two others, like Welcome to the Backrooms or Enter Dark Legacy and defeat Shadow Mutant
