hey Jamie, I've watched this video countless times and decided to watch it at half speed to make sure I was doing the strumming correctly. it seems to me you are strumming 'open' before you switch to the next chord.. what i mean to say is on what would be the fourth and final down strum, your fingers look to be in transition to the next chord and not actually on any strings as you strum.... am i seeing that correctly? is that a trick to get to the next chord faster ? i hope this makes sense! thank you : )

I'm actually changing a split second after the 4 or 4 1/2 beat. There may be a couple of times I missed the boat. 😊
