- Gameplay footage from the opening hole of every course in the Golden Tee arcade series from 1989 to 2004. The PC and standalone versions are not included. This is everything prior to the "Live" series of games. All of the "Fore!" courses are also available in Golden Tee Fore! Complete with the exception of the two 9-hole courses. I did not include footage from any of the Amateur courses since they are largely the same thing.

I spent a lot of money in the pub playing this arcade back in the day, was great with a few mates
“Golfer 1 on tee” Hear iconic voices like Sumerall n Natz
Golfer one trying for birdie... Boy they really didn't update their commentary much over the years.
I used to get my drinks for free with this game. Fun times with bar buddies.
I tried to play the one with Pat Summural announcing and failed miserably. Still a fun game.
Nice job Darth! I played a lot of 96-2k but I think my computer was to weak to get anything newer to run without getting all choppy.
Thanks. Did you try switching the resolution dip switch to low res on the Fore! series games? That did the trick for me. Once in a blue moon I get an audio stutter but it's barely worth mentioning.
I believe we did do that, my buddy and I spent about 4 hours finding the right files and tweaking the settings and case of beer. I just have a older dual core. I should probably upgrade, I'd like to try some 90's early 2000's arcade games.
Yeah, that was the only setting that really made a difference for me. If you get a new processor, make sure it's an Intel. The higher the GHz, the better. Having a bunch of cores won't really matter, 4 is plenty for MAME.
Wait. It started in 1989? I thought it started in the late 90’s!
This will probably never happen but how funny would it be if a real life golfer was literally named Golfer 1
In arcade 1up golden tee that has 98 99 2k and classic I wish they include 3D golf and 97
Yeah, I don't get why they didn't. The games file sizes are tiny and they they run on the same system as the other four.
@@DarthMarino yeah but I saw the pac man machine 50 anniversary were it has 6 games including galaga so why can make 2 columns of 3 on the golden tee machine
They include those now on the new arcade 1up cabinet
