You always have such perfectly thought out sets and expertly executed lighting setups for each of your videos, it's almost a shame to fade out such images and darken the videos so quickly from the start of each one. But the fact that you do, and even go to the trouble of offering completely dark versions, demonstrates a lack of ego and the fact that you clearly do genuinely create these videos to help people relax and fall asleep. Many other ASMRtists would likely (and legitimately) want to keep such perfectly lit setups bright to show off the effort and creative talent that went into designing them. Respect!

Definitely doesn’t work as a sleep video. The higher register bowls being hit randomly throughout gonged like bells. It was fine when they were being circled, but striking them was not for sleeping to. I have problems sleeping through a full moon anyway, but just when I finally fell asleep he’d gong them like church bells! I think I got a solid 3 hours sleep out of a possible 7-8.
The singing bowls have a very interesting way at allowing our subconscious emotions to surface while we sleep. Sometimes we don't know what we're holding inside of us until it comes out. I can assure you this was a necessary emotional release. 💜✨🙏🤗
This is such a nonsense, to think you can release the past. You can't release anything besides everything people have experienced had it's purpose. Without it nobody wouldn't be there where they are. And everyone is always where they meant to be.
And, who has done the choosing that got us here? Our past wounds, shame, humiliation, or realizing the world doesn't revole around us; accepting we have phenomenal power in every thought, in everything we say? And where 'being here' shifts consciousness to gratitude, lack of judgement, kindness, and empowering others, that is a choice, nothing less than the most transforming life choice. And where, in us, is the choosing being done, much less consciously? Didn't expect that rabbiting on, did you/ Neither did I.
