    Thanks for all the info your giving out! I have a small question, how long do you have to wait until you can turn your residence into an investment. Furthermore did you pay any capitol l gains tax in the second property?

    Only my opinion and don't know the details but personally I'm not a fan of the two apartments. Two houses look good though. Would have left super alone. :)
