The best way to clean up is the people appointed through illigal means should be allowed to face the recruitment board so as to streamline.

Many individuals with strong political affiliations currently occupy positions in these grades. The selection process for grades 3 and 4 seems biased towards those who contributed during elections. I propose a comprehensive removal of individuals, especially those aged 25-30 and below, necessitating them to undergo exams for fair competition. Regarding backdoor appointees who are overaged, while it may be inappropriate, their circumstances reflect the norm of a bygone era, and considering their adaptation might be a prudent approach. That's my humble opinion.
Back door appointment is not only in police department I think every Dept has back door appointees so if the government really like to change they should check all the department's. In the recruitment process they should conduct Free N Fair without any backing from any politicians N high ranking officer.
