The second two slots are the QCB move, third slot being ground, and fourth slot being air. You obviously gain these moves by landing her Cutter grab using the appropriate joystick motion and being either on the ground or in the air. His wording was confusing overall in this section. If anyone's wondering what specific characters give you what moves: BLUE MOVES: Goku (SS), Goku (SSB), Goku Black, Gohan (Adult), Gohan (Teen), Krillin, Tien, Yamcha GREEN MOVES: Cell, Android 16, Android 18, Android 21 YELLOW MOVES: Vegeta (SS), Vegeta (SSB), Trunks, Gotenks, Nappa PURPLE MOVES: Piccolo, Frieza, Majin Buu, Kid Buu, Captain Ginyu, Hit, Beerus Should be pretty easy to guess which of these groups future DLC characters would go into. I love the unique characters in fighting games. And there's an idea; Weak characters are simple to play. Strong characters are powerful, but have a higher skill ceiling. Also, the main character must always be the easiest to play for beginners.

The game doesn't actually sync lips, it just has a constant mouth moving animation for when characters talk

I'm surprised that Max said nothing about how her heavy attack in the air does *not* spike her opponent to the ground like everyone else so far, meaning that you have to use her quarter back command to send them back down.
P.S: I'm very curious how they're going to determine which specials any new DLC characters will give her...
