The double meaning in this situation of "a man who gets to make it home alive, but it's no longer you" is so funny with the context of Loop losing their he/him pronouns in the divorce
I’m not sure if anyone else caught it, but you can see at the beginning where the star talks about “the past and future running free”, but you can see loop at the very front. Good tease and foreshadowing.
It took me moment to figure out what was going on, but as soon as I heard "No Longer You" everything suddenly made sense. This is such a perfect creation of Loop's tragedy. They fought and fought and FAILED, but even after that failure they were forced to keep going. They don't have the will to be nice anymore, but they are still kind. So they keep helping Siffrin despite thinking it's impossible. When Siffrin succeeds and reunites with his family, Loop is FURIOUS because they fought just as hard, if not harder, but they didn't get that. Why not??? If Siffrin doesn't confront them, that's how they fade: angry and hateful and horribly, horribly, sad. With Siffrin's help, they're able to confront how unfair it is that they didn't get to go back to their family, and Siffrin forces them to see how much they helped. With that, Loop fades, leaving nothing but scant memories behind. Thank you for making this and giving me such a great opportunity to reflect on Loop's story. This encapsulates all of Loop's story in incredible style. I hope to see more art from you in the future.
The way you draw siffrin transforming into loop at 2:44 is undoubtedly the image that's been burned into my mind forever for that transformation! That is the visual i picture as canon >:D
OH MY GOD THIS IS INCREDIBLE????? There's so much to this that I want to break down oooooh..... I like how the first chorus is more or less SASASAP stuff (the candy, Isa's Sweaty Hands sdfkjhhh), and the second is all ISAT Siffrin. That's SO good woah. SASASAP Sif also seems. Sharper than ISAT Sif? That might just be proxy of them generally being more disheveled, but I think it's also a really cleaver link to their identity as Loop if it's intentional. ALSO. How the star bursts from them at the end??? SO cool. wowowo I love this to bits fantastic job.
I’m really glad you noticed the formatting….. yesss that was all according to keikaku… Odile’s SASASA glimpse was when she bandaged Siffrin’s finger when they stabbed themself with the pen in the drawer! As for them being pointier, that wasn’t a *conscious* decision, but I did have vague ideas about making Siffrin’s hair spikier/closer to Loops starbursts when they got more emotional~~~ THANK YOU SM FOR THE COMMENT AND LIKING IT😭💖
Stars... This animatic is just... phenomenal! The artwork and song choice are both stellar, and the build up is really well executed. This might be my single favorite ISAT fanwork. Genuinely, great job!

Watched this a few times and it's still absolutely incredible!!!!! I really like how you contrasted sasasap Isa and Sif with the bad touch quest! And the emotions of Siffrin/Loop's face as they hear about everything!! Very small detail and i know it's in the original illustration, but I'm in love with how you added the circles one by one in the star eating scene!!!!! It's really really impactful with the song and reminds me every time of Mirabelle's speeches about how people cause change throughout every level of where they are and how the circles represent that :DDD
