You pay high tax and you see the benefits in Germany. Savings are almost the same in both countries for my salary.. the main reason am in Germany is because of visa issues in US.

With indian license you can drive for 6months initially. If you intend to stay longer then You have to apply for German driving license by going through theory and practical test.

@@srujithsunny6022 its 6 months without jackets and 6 months with a jacket/Layer. but the 6months without jacket is the best time and best weather. to be more precise, Apr-May(Spring),June-Aug(Summer),Sep-Oct(Autum),Nov-March(Winter with snow in Dec,Jan,Feb).North part of germany rarely gets snow actually these days.
