Obviously I'd pick Lisa in every case because I love her so much and I think she's one of the best female voices currently. However, it is a little hard to compare the artists directly because Lisa has her sisters backing her up so it automatically sounds better. Like I said, I'm not complaining, I think Lisa is underrated by the general public

Nah Ariana isn't as good anymore. She can't control her voice as she could before since she hasn't had a vocal coach in the past few years. It's been getting more strained than her first few years of her courior. I'm not saying she isn't a good singer, just that she's overrated and not my cup of tea.☕
yee haws this actually isn’t true, her supported range is currently back to how it used to be back in 2012!! She supports from around a G3-C#5 but can support a D5! It’s not strained at all really past until an F5 which is we’re her larynx becomes hightened. She supports more than any other year since 2012 as from 2012 her support has only gone up to Bb4 consistently and a B4 sometimes, so really what your saying isn’t true at all, and she’s really not overrated, she has a four octave range (D3-B5-Eb7), can whistle and have control over it, can belt almost up to the 6th octave and has improved a lot in the past few years! Her 2019 vocal range is larger than any other year since 2012 aswell! (D3-Bb5-D#6-Bb6) And she’s only getting better

She is totally better than Demi even through demi is still good,she is for sure better than Perrie,and better than Miley and Jessie J, well Ariana has an amazing voice but so has Lisa! For me, Lisa was better than everyone expect Demi and Jessie J. I love Lisa's voice more than anything but I've always loved Demi's even more. And Jessie's is really unique so it's hard to compare them. But all the artists in this video are amazing :)

Every singer is a bit different I think they're all amazing, but Lisa, Jessie J, & Ariana have naturally just flawless voices.. there's really no comparison between them.

i know this was posted like 2 years ago, but i just came across this video now. anyways, here's my opinion:
- demi vs lisa = demi as far as emotion goes (that's why her breath support wasn't as strong as usual) and lisa for vocals (because she had the breath support to make the notes clearer).
- christina vs lisa = i think lisa won this one because her voice seems more comfortable in the register. christina's voice is an alto to a lower mezzo-soprano belt while lisa is a high mezzo-soprano to a soprano belt. human is one of the few christina perri songs that goes into the higher belt register.
- miley vs lisa = i think lisa won this one as well. i'm not exactly sure why... maybe it was because of the dancing and moving around and she was out of breath... but miley fell flat on some notes in the video.
- jessie j vs lisa = this one was tricky because jessie j is more vocally trained by just being older than lisa. jessie put in her own runs and riffs in while lisa straight toned it, though lisa's was clearer. therefore, i'm calling this one a tie.
- ariana vs lisa (pt. 1) = i have to go with ari on this one. ari has a unique technique to getting to those high notes she hits. it seems like ari's notes are more breathy and spacey which makes me believe she has a really strong and clear head and mix voice. lisa is trying to belt (chest voice) ari's higher notes so it fell a little flat the second time she sang "i got".
- ariana vs lisa (pt. 2) = again, ari's voice technique is unique and can't be compared to. although, i gotta give some credit to lisa on absolutely crushing it with trying to belt it all without flipping registers. also, lisa's voice seemed a little raspier in this video, but i kinda liked it haha.
overall, i think lisa's vocals are amazing no matter what. as a singer myself, i know i am a natural mixer and i wish i had lisa's ability to belt that high. lisa's voice is super powerful and super clear, but it's always hard to choose in a comparison video because each singer is going to have a different voice that is unique to their own selves. as vocalists, there is no "right or wrong" technique... there's only healthy and unhealthy. all singers should have a healthy technique, but no technique is wrong. since vocalists use their own bodies as their instruments, most technique comes from what is most comfortable and produces a nice and clear sound, which varies depending on each singer.

@@valej4272 and? Lisa sigs higher and harder songs since she was a kid and always sang that way. And still do not needed to take a break in her to her voice gets better. Even she doesn't tour like Demi she never had to go to the doctor because of vocal problems (as happened recently with Demi) because she never forced her voice as Demi forces to reach high notes.
