    I am Dave Ramsey combines with Robert Kiyosaki.I used Dave's program to control my spending and get out of debt including home.I lean more towards Robert Kiyosaki when it comes to investing.Happy investing/stacking.

    Mr Doug, I've heard you did not use your own money to put a down payment. If your credit is bad is there still a way to buy house and Lot if this is your situation.

      None of them will answer that. You have to make money on money in order to get over the low credit score so you can leverage that

    I and my family was hit by covid hard and have been looking to use the IUL product to recover and rebuild. I was given the impression, as I researched the various products, that IULs are not useful for anything so short term but for 10 to 12 years in and not be considered in so short a term.

      I believe you build cash value faster if you pay the maximum premium. I'm no expert, still trying to understand IUL's.
