I think you always go ldr third since otherwise enemy can just buy one cloth armor and you lose the game. Also berserkers over ionian boots always.
I'm sure jack knows what's the best build since this is from like a week ago (I assume) but maybe this helps someone else reading this. Enjoy it before it gets killed in two days.

@@blank8358 as shown in this video, he was constantly complaining about AS- so the boots do some work for that. It makes a difference (at least to me feels a lot better), with Axiom you don't really need more CDR anyways (plus Cait cds aren't even very long anyways).
