    Liv, I've been doing yoga with you almost every day for several months now so this is only an icing on the cake 💛 I'm based in Angola for a humanitarian aid mission and sometimes I feel exhausted, demotivated or simply alone. Thank you for (without knowing it) being my rock here and making me and my body feel better whenever I need it. 🤸🏼‍♀️

    First time back to yoga in around 18months… felt quite emotional. Flexibility has taken a massive hit but hoping I can lengthen and strengthen again soon. Huge thank you it was amazing ☺️

    Since my bf broke up with me out of nowhere and without any reason a week ago, I fell into a deep hole. Couldn’t eat anything, slept badly and found myself constantly crying at work, home and even during grocery shopping…
    Today it’s a new start for me, I’ll get through this and I will step on my mat again regularly. These 10 days are my way back into life!!

    I really enjoyed this first day practice!! I used to only ever do (or try to do) 60 mintures minimum of practice, so it is always so nice to shorten the practice, and to remember and realize just how much can be done in a shortened time frame! So lovely

    Yoga is what saved my spine! I had my L5S1 disc removed at the age of 23 (11 years ago)so it’s been a long painful journey to get here. This flow was so smooth and beautiful. Also this was my first class that wasn’t just an app session! So different but so great. Looking forward to more! Thank you!

    A challenge it is! My body is not used to yoga in the morning anymore, it is going to be a great 10 days.

    Yaaay a 10 minute challenge is initially how I started my daily yoga practise. I'm so excited to follow Livs 10 day challenge. I'm in Australia so rather than a morning challenge I'll be using it as an evening challenge instead. Day 1 done and I loved it. Looking forward to the next 9 days xx
