OMgoodness! I remember doing it last time with you! I substituted km for miles. Now that my injury is almost better I will join in again! I may well just do yours😊🎉
Way to go Lucy! I still have yet to get running even though I said I would Chicago weather just got me in hibernation mode smh! I want to try to challenge myself to still run in the cold even if it's just 1 or 2 days. You are right about the hardest part is too start.
I’m glad you’re doing this series again, I love to see the christmas tree behind you and hearing the themed music. Unfortunately I won’t be able to run exactly for the time that you do because I keep a low mileage to avoid injury and I only run once a week. But I’m sure these videos are going to give me inspiration, thank you so much and happy runmas! 🎅🏻🎄✨
Fab to see you so positive and in the Christmas groove! My favourite thing about your videos is your totally inclusive attitude, and the fact that you are very clear that even though this is what *you* are doing, it’s absolutely not a recommendation/decree that it’s what anyone else ‘should’ be doing. It’s very refreshing and you spread lots of great energy. Well done, that girl!
I’m certainly in again… my half marathon training starts today (1 Dec) and it’s exactly 7 months to my 50th so I gotta get another half in!! Loves RunMas last time … but I’m doing it in 30 degrees in Australia!🇦🇺
I'm a guite new follower. I mainly walk, but recently, when the weather hasn't the nicest or it's dark outside and I'm missing some of my daily steps, I've been "joggin/running" in place just to get my steps in quicker.😂 This has brought to my mind the question: Could I do some actual running outside? I know that running in place is totally different from running outside. I also live in a quite hilly area and hate running uphill. 😅 These videos give me hope that maybe I could also slowly become a runner. I'm just so self-aware, and the thought of other people seeing me run scares me. But you have talked about this in some of your previous videos, so I know that I'm not alone thinking like that. I know that it shouldn't stop me from going for run-walks or runs. Everyone has once been a beginner.
Knowing my videos have given hope is so awesome! This is why I make them because I was in that same position. I know it can feel really difficult to feel comfortable about being seen out running but I promise it is never as bad as you think it will be! Plus the more you get out and do it the more normal it will feel. I used to hide away and feel like I didn’t deserve to be out there but now it’s just part of my lifestyle. If you feel comfortable to try and do some running next time you’re on a walk then give it a go! No matter how long you mange to run you will have achieved your first run and that is amazing 🙌🏃♀️
I'm so pumped about this! I'm getting back into running after an injury and then giving up, haha,
