We would like to clear one thing here that Biriyani or Pulao was introduced by the Mughals in India. And the recipe shown in this video is a type of DUM BIRIYANI of Mughal era which is called Parda Biriyani in India but this recipe has similarities with Azerbaijani Shah Pilaf because of this biriyani recipe is close to shah pilaf so we titled it as Shah Pilaf.
