Omg, i have a story like that. When I was young, I had a big house. Very big that you can’t imagine. But at the basement, people said that it was cursed. But I liked cursed or paranormal thingies. So one day I deicded to enter that creepy basement. I was really afraid, but I entered there. And I didn’t regret. There was a kitten. But, there was a dead cat too. The kitten was meowing to that dead cat. Then I understood that the dead cat is the kittens mom. I felt sad for the kitten, i picked her up and gave her a warm hug. Kitten fell asleep. And I putted her down to my bed. She was really cute. But I knew that my step-mom HATES cats, especially kittens, DUH. I hided that cat. Until the cat became an adult... my stepimom was sick. So all of the smells were like a rotten egg for my step-mom. And that day, she realized that a bad smell coming from my room. And she found the cat. She asked that why did I kept the cat. I had no answer. Then she putted my Kitty at the road. I was running to her and a car crushed to both of us... I survived. But Kitty didn’t... That’s all because of my step-mom! Then I left my father and my step-mom. I moved into my real mom’s home. My step-dad was so kind to me. And they both loved cats. So I decided to make a tombstone for my precious little Kitty. And, this was 5 or 6 years ago. When I see her tombstone, I always think about the moments with her.
