I truly do respect Magellan tho, he admired Luffy's determination to save his brother, despite knowing that both are "Criminals" from his point of view, well, they are criminals, but the reasons they did those things are somewhat moral, not always but yes... And Magellan only followed his duties and order, never once doing something like attacking from the back, backstabbing, lying etc ...
I would probably say 99%. Even Haki users will be troubled as only a single drip will cause a lot of pain. The 1%, not to spoil anything, unless it's a character like Saitama, which we have in One Piece.
@@misteryio3990 yeah haki won't protect them from venom, they will still connect a punch with haki and they will still get poisoned soon as they touch him. Although I wish magellan had haki too, he probably does now though

Canonically only Shiki was able to defeat him and Shiki left long ago. Magellan is the strongest man in prison at the time even including prisoners. Bullet is not canon

You are right about magellan being stronger than the prisoners though, Magellan was able to defeat Shiryu and I think shiryu level is supposed to be like on warlord level or even higher, shiryu is a former vice warden of impel down

Magellan is THE character I consider undervalued in terms of combat abilities. The man is a perfect counter for 80% of every strong fighter in OP
