- Only 2 ingredients and 5 minutes! No bananas, sugar, gluten or milk. A simple and delicious recipe to cook in the oven. Fast, tasty and very healthy. We use dark chocolate without sugar. I highly recommend you make this recipe.
6 small or 4 medium sweet apples.
Once cooled, place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Place the chopped apples in a pot and cover with water.
Cook the apples until they are soft, about 20 minutes.
250 g sugar-free chocolate.
Melt the chocolate in any way you like.
15cm baking dish.
Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
The result is an incredibly delicious sugar-free dessert.
