OK, just started the video so I'll probably have more comments when it's finished. Recently ordered a brush (large clumps + comfort tips for my 2c/3a hair) & a ScrunchIt Breathe cap & I just realized I put the cap on all wrong! LOL I automatically put the Velcro part in the back & got so frustrated when it kept grabbing & tangling my hair that I ended up taking it out. Gonna try again tomorrow when I shower. :) Now my first attempt to use the brush was a disaster too! I'm so glad you told others that there's a learning curve. I'll keep watching videos & practicing a few times each washday until I figure out what works for me. I find sometimes since I'm sitting down in a wheelchair I've got to be a bit creative to get around the back of my chair.
I also have very fine hair and always use the strongest hold gels to keep my curls for more than a day. Thanks for the video, I've been thinking about this brush and trying to decide if I need it, since I already have a Denman brush.
ooo! i haven’t only because microfiber towels tend to take too much moisture out of my hair for my liking so now i use paper towels to scrunch out excessive moisture comes in handy too with my red hair ❤️
hello beautiful queen! so the reason i like using the brush on small sections first is so i don’t have any tangles or “bumps” in the section. the brush makes sure the scales on the cuticle are laid down so the section is completely frizz free giving me the best clump possible to finger coil with ❤️
Thanks for this video! I have the brush, but I still need to figure out how to use it properly. I also have very low density hair, a bit shorter than yours is here.
i used the pump haircare curly girl 2-in-1 define and repair cream: pumphaircare.com/collections/curly-girl-method/products/pump-curly-girl-2in1-define-and-repair-cream and the bemycurl let’s get kinky hydrating gel (discount code: redcarpetcurls) : bemycurl.com/collections/products/products/product-3
Is this the one for large clumps are small clumps? I see on their website they have more than one option. They also have comfort tips or no comfort tips (though the large clumps/comfort tips is currently sold out 😞)
hiiiii i’m SO sorry i just saw this for some reason the notification never came in. to be honest i’m not sure which one i have, to be super honest i lost my brush while traveling and have to get a new one lol i’ve been using their detangling brush. the one i had did have comfort tips!
hello beautiful! yes i do have fine density hair so volume is often a struggle for me, scalp massages and styling tools like this brush are helpful for me when it comes to volume along with hairspray and a pick ❤️
aw i’m sorry you feel that way beautiful queen, not every product will work the same for everyone. Maybe a denman brush can suit you better? or maybe a paddle brush? the fantastic thing about the hair world is that there’s always another alternative ❤️
Excellent tutorial! Thank you.
So cute. Thank you !
Love the scrunch it brush. Doesn't pull your , you can use the handle to coil. If I have refresh I wet the brush and glides very good. Great video ♥️
thank you so much beautiful and omg i have never just wet the brush alone to refresh i will definitely try that ❤️❤️

Have you tried the Scrunchit microfiber gloves? They are GREAT TOO!

What difference does the brush make if you're going to finger coil anyway?

They also have a SMALL clump brush Which makes smaller ringlets. ;)
Thanks for this video! I have the brush, but I still need to figure out how to use it properly. I also have very low density hair, a bit shorter than yours is here.
thank you so much for watching! don’t worry there’s definitely a learning curve with the brush, you will get it! ❤️

yayyyy! i’m so excited for you! definitely let me know what you think or if you need any tips! ❤️
Is it from the brush or the products you used?
a combination of both
You mentioned fine density. Did you mean fine hair and not very many strands (low density). I have both so i am interested in how similar
hello beautiful! yes i do have fine density hair so volume is often a struggle for me, scalp massages and styling tools like this brush are helpful for me when it comes to volume along with hairspray and a pick ❤️
Fabulous! Is it available in Europe?
yes! scrunch it has international shipping ❤️
@@RedCarpetCurls Went to add the brush and it's $46 shipping to UK :(
Oh My Gosh!!!! 😩 i’m so sorry! i know the company had said in a post they sold out of inventory till march!
@@earisu in the UK it's available on Naturalistic products now!!!
Do you have the one with the comfort tips or without?
i have the one with the comfort tips beautiful queen ❤️
Omg I work my hair curled up like that without having to twist the brush.
it’s amazing isn’t it?!
Denman cannot compete I think.
What is pre poo?
redcarpetcurls.com/what-is-pre-poo-for-curly-hair/
My hair won't do this no matter what brush I use.
aw i’m sorry to hear of this struggle! may i ask, is your hair soaking wet with water and product before you try your brushing technique?
Not worth it.
