Blacko was not trying to break into the Nigerian market, he was already in the Nigerian market. But he hated Nigerians, so Nigerians had to move on from him. I want to also let you know that Nigerian government does not support anything in the creative industry.

Like most typical Ghanaians, Black Sherif demonstrated deep hatred for Nigeria when he joined those old outdated conspirators to plot against Nigerian music

Am a Nigerian living in Canada.. I want to say you guys analysis is very true and there is no bias.. Sometime ago Blacksherriff songs were living rent free in my head.. His song with burnaboy was my ring tone then.. but now I can’t remember the last time i play black o song or even watch him on TH-cam. My Take is that he was between the devil and the deep blue sea..because if he has refused to be part of the Press Conference, probably he will be roasted in Ghana for a few months but his music will grow.. When he becomes very big Ghanaians that roasted him will return to love him and forget about the PC, SIMPLE REASON IS THAT SUCCESS HAS MANY FRIENDS.

Blacko was so naive and fuulish. Allowed dead woods to deceive him. They told him he can do without Nigeria and he believed that. He didn't look at the numbers bcos it's a numbers game. We have always believed we and Ghanaians together will rule the world with Afrobeats. Unfortunately they see us as rivals instead of collaborative partnership. I personally love Blacko, but after that nonsense I simply dropped him. I saw his latest work and didn't even bother to check it out. Pls advice him to immediately visit Nigeria with his team, meet our top guys in the industry, (especially Burna Boy who pushed him to intl ratings) discuss, apologise to Nigerians. Trust me they will pull strings and before you know it, he will be back. Nigerians have very warm hearts, but don't backstabb them. Don't be an ingrate. Seeing the Afronation without Black Sheriff wasn't nice. Same as Burna Boys London concerts. He would have rocked those shows and that's why love him. He was a fresh air out of Ghana. Burna Boy now travels with those south Africans. I wld rather be travels around with a Ghanaian no matter the quarrel. Right now it is becoming late for him bcos new artists are showing up daily in Nigeria, and if he doesn't do the needful his career might just vanish. We love Blacko but he Fked up big time. Just little fame and he started behaving as if he's arrived. Being humble and grateful pays. Diamond Platinum is bigger than all the Ghanaian artist,a real African superstar, but that guy comes to Lagos and behaves as if he's just a new artist just for collabs. But we know his quality and treat him as the Superstar that he is. We can all win. I am happy some Ghanaians are talking sense to him. We can all win. Great job guys 👏🏽✅🇳🇬

I just hope that Black sheriff does not apologize to Nigerian’s because he truly meant what he said. Watching him in that podium looking so comfortable and gleeful in what he was saying not realizing that he was opposing himself. I do not think that Nigerian’s support is important to him because if it is, he would have since apologized and moved on.
Blacko is not an under age, he knew exactly what he was saying, basically opposing his own success just to be spiteful like the OG’s surrounding him. He preferred to join the team Nigeria bashers with the few group of men that were standing around him on that podium, just to show that he had arrived. He also has to learn that there are consequences for every action be it good or bad. He’s now the biggest loser in all these fallout. Truthfully, the young man doesn’t need to apologize to anyone let him stay where he is. By the way, I love your presentation and you have just gained a new subscriber.

Blacko is a typical Ghanaian, you'll do everything for a Ghanaian and they will smile in front of you but deep down they hate you. I say this bcos i lived in Ghana for 5 good years, i paid rent for one gan girl called lydia in haatso and i regretted it.

Anybody who believes that Nigerians intentionally boycotting Black Sherif is an isolated incident needs to research more into the Nigerian silent promotion of their own and not promoting foreign artistes inside Nigeria.
Nigerians are disrespecting Tyla and not supporting her because she’s winning awards against Nigerians. Libianca got a little support from Nigerians and the moment she started getting more publicity, Nigerians stopped supporting her.
Nigerians want every foreign artiste to bow to them or else they label you as being jealous of them or hate them.
There’re many Ghanaian and other foreign artistes with bad experiences with Nigerians.
Bjack Sherif owes Nigerians nothing for simply saying to visitors to Ghana to support Ghanaian artistes during Christmas. He didn’t say don’t listen to Nigerians songs.
Nigerians don’t promote foreign artistes over their own so why the fuss about Black Sherif?

One thing black people do great. Is always explain why we need to remain separated. What Black Sheriff did makes sense. Ghanaians don't play their own music & wanted to find a way to do so. Instead of understanding, we find the negativity in it. It's not that deep AT ALL

There is nothing like 80 20 or 85 15 or whatsoever. The Government of Nigeria does not support the artists, so how can they tell the media house or people what music to consume? Amapiano is taking over, and Nigerians are involved, too. The biggest artists from Ghana are dance hall and hip hop rap artist. They are great, but they need to give way for new talents. Black sheriff is a talented star, I hope my people forgive him.
