thank u so much dauchsy. i am soooooooo glad u started making these again. your sleep meditations have helped me so much in my life. i found u at a time i had extremely high anxiety and was having terrible night sweats and couldnt sleep for more than 2 hours at a time. at that time i couldnt afford therapy or treatments like accupuncture or any other alternative remedy. i found your sleep meditations, and it only took a few nights for me to be falling asleep easily and sleeping all night. it was a literal miracle for me at that time. that was about 6 years ago, and now i'm doing great, but i've missed you creating new videos . PS my favorites that you make are the gratitude ones. i love them all. Yet tend to go back to the gratitude ones and listen to them over and over. i fall asleep so quickly to your voice i rarely make it to the affirmations :) (i've sent many friends your way). thanks again!
