I love this share. I was surprised that your adhesive is showing through your papers I have been scrapping for over 20 years and never had that problem in the early years all I had to work with was thin paper and haven’t had that problem. I wonder if it could be the adhesive and I am also very careful with foam to try to use as close a colour to the paper as I can just in case it bleeds through over time . Haven’t had any problems yet though. I love your work Virginia you are very talented
Yes, I agree. I wonder if the adhesive is reacting with that craft foam. It may only be a matter of time before it shows through on the thicker patterned paper too. I actually don't use craft foam because it's an unknown for longevity.
When you look at it up close its almost like a grease print in the paper in the shape of the tape not the foam because the foam extended past the edges of the tape... I hope that makes sense. Definitely an adhesive issue.
@@VirginiaWalker adhesive is tricky for sure. I tried the scrapbook.com tape runners for a little while but the humidity in Auckland caused it to lose its stick in only a few months so I've had to go back and re-stick so many layouts 😔. I also meant to say your albums are amazing!
Thank you Mel! I can’t say I’ve had any adhesive loose stick... even my older layouts where I just used double sided tape. But I will say I probably over stick everything and more often than not a cut file I will use both wet and dry adhesive to stick it down... just to make sure.
Thank you Georgann! No I don’t think I have I thought for a minute some of the places I had used the glossy accents on my pages they might have been stuck but no they were absolutely fine 🤷♀️😊
Wow! I love them all! But I love how you do the shaker bits on the die cuts! Wow!
Thank you so much!
Gorgeous layouts! Loved seeing how you used the different collections! tfs
Thank you so much Karen!

Thank you so much Linda... It could be the adhesive... I guess I’d have to go back through a few of the process videos to see what adhesive I used.

So many stunning layouts!
Thank you so much Danni! x
Really loved going down memory lane and seeing some of my all time favorites! 💜 Have you ever had glossy accents turn yellow over time?
