About Youngsang Cho
Youngsang Cho is Organic Farmer. Cho learned Natural Farming from his father Hankyu Cho(Korea Natural Farming, KNF) who advocated environmental agriculture since the 1960s. Cho family has been organic farming for the third generation. Cho served in 706 special forces and graduated from Aju University (Bachelor, Chemistry) and Chungnam National Uni (Master, Horticulture). Cho has entered the Ph.D. course from the Department of Agricultural Biology at Chonbuk National University. Cho started organic agriculture in 1989. Through decades of practice and research, he created a new Ultra-Low-Cost organic agriculture system based on his father's farming and Asian traditional farming. He founded “JADAM” in 1991. Can we use KOH ( potassium hydroxide ) instead of Sodium Hydroxide? Reason being Potassium has a positive effect in controlling fungal diseases of plant.

Just curious, would adding some lime to Jwa ans JS do the trick, as it is alkaline (the function of NaOH) and leaves residue where Sulfur and Herbs could bind on? In this way lime + sulfur the old cooking metod was done and older people that have used it in my country(some still do) told me of this efect of binding lime to Sulfur. What is your taughts and research? Thanks!
The method using lime requires high heat. My method is a no-heat method.

The beauveria bassiana fungus is known to be effective during the thrips pupal stage.

Hello, i tried using this on my chilli farm because it was infested with thrips and it was getting out of control. However after spraying 3x in 3 days.. there seems to be no effect at all on the thrips.. could you advise? Maybe my mixture was wrong somewhere.

Hi Sir . Now we have western flower Thrips in Chilli (Capsicum annum) crop. I am able to control these pests on leaves but not in flowers. As JWA is having contact action and while spraying does not going in to the flower ( as flower are looking towards earth) unable to control pest in flowers. Due to these there is no new fruit formation and this incurred huge loss.
I feel if we creat any fumigation effect may chances to effect the pest but I don't know the way.
Can u please tell me how to eliminate Thrips in flowers completely.
If you spray the pesticide from the bottom up, the pesticide will also enter the flower. In this way, control is well done in Korea. You must use soft water.

Haziran 2022 de başladım. Agustos ayında kumda mikoriza vardı. Çukurkültür alanlarımda Aralık 2022 olmasına rağmen halen domates ve ayçicekleri büyüyorlar. Çukurkültürde bakteri, mikoriza çok yoğun. Bunu toprak olmayan aşırı kuruyan bir kum yığınında başardım. Şimdi sırada zeytin sineği, sapsokan, pamuklubit ve halkalıleke var. Zeytin köklerinin üzerine malç olarak 10 cm eski hayvan gübresi ve ot bırakmıştım. Bembeyaz mikoriza doldular. Ağaçlar mikoriza sever. Sayenizde tonlarca kumu kaldırmadan organik madde miktarını artırıp ağaçlarıyla ilgileneceğim. Bu arada çok fazla olmasa da Korece anlıyorum. Sayenizde dilimde ilerleyecek. Başarılar diliyorum.
