So bummed I missed you at the ija you were one of the main reasons I was gonna go but got a great deal on kosmos js2 from flow juggle that took up my budget. Hope to get a workshop in sometime
The Street Thank you so much, that makes my day! Good props are hard to resist, but it does make it harder to attend festivals sometimes. I’ll be at Asheville this weekend, then Richmond in December, then hopefully Turbo, Atlanta, Mondo, RIT and Congress of Jugglers in 2019. Hope to bounce soon!
@Tennisers Great! A 3-up pirouette in double bounce is a good way to work on keeping your throws tight, which is important with lift or force double bounce patterns. You *can* do it!
@thegoheads The regular 5b force is about twice as fast as this pattern. However, it's easy to throw too quickly when you first try a 5b force, so trying this pattern might give you a more relaxed approach. A 3b flash and 4b 55550 (and 552) are good exercises for 5b force as well. In both patterns, listen for evenly spaced throws - timing is key. And consider your mood - quick and conceptually simple (5b force), or slow and more complex (double bounce)?
Sweet video! I've been practicing since you helped me at groundhog, and I've got about 40 catches with this!! I throw from the outside though and do it standing up [just gotta keep the arms super wide] I've been doing more bounce than toss juggling lately -- it's addicting!
spectacular! i hope the video was helpful in breaking it down. i always want to bounce more but i don't have a good place right now ~ glad you're picking up the slack for me!
Cool, thanks for the video. I've always wanted to learn this. Do you think regular 5 ball force bounce is easier or harder than the force double bounce? And is the regular 5b force helpful for learning the double bounce? I ask because I want to learn both of those patterns and I'm wondering which one I should try first. Thanks.
Johan Rinman I use Dubé 2.5'' silicones in this video. They're great, but I don't think Dubé is making them right now. I've heard prop works is good. Don't order from Todd Smith. Happy bouncing!

Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
"Tomorrow Comes Today" by Gorillaz in the beginning, then "Bridge" by Amon Tobin for the rest of the video.
That's great to hear! That will inspire me to make more videos, especially for bouncing stuff. Cheers!
