Great reaction, thank you! In order to understand this song, you have to analyze it and go deeper into the song, it's not one of those tra la la songs that give you everything on a plate. The song deals with an important topic and the whole performance is full of symbols, for example the flower is a white water lily that represents rebirth. This song is a critique of the modern society and contemporary world. He makes connection with a video games where young people (and everyone else) are, artistically speaking, controlled by someone else and are just observers of all the horror happening around the Globe. He uses himself as a metaphor - (he only wants to sleep), as it is the easiest thing to do - to oversleep all the tragedies and to wake up in a better world. If you carefully look the performance - you will see that they are dancing as zombies as they are under anesthesia not reacting on this "world on fire" as he notices. However, the message of the song is quite opposite - we should all wake up, we should react, we should have more conscience and sapience that he calls on, especially to decision makers. At the end of the song he "releases" those "controlled" masses in order to become more active, more energetic and they together react - walk, make changes together. The "hello" part was written inspired by the Sims game, where the characters wave the player when they want something, instead of taking action, so he uses a parallel with people today.

Odlična definicija, obožavam njegovu harizmu, Luka je neverovatan momak..... Doneo je sa ovom pesmom prosvetljenje i podigao na viši nivo, nadam se, svest ljudi na sva dešavanja u svetu.... Ponosna sam.... 👏👍🇲🇪❤️
Luke wakes up at the start and this sets the scene well. He looks confused about being in this environment and then realizes the other people are hooked up to the same machine he was asleep in. He realizes he needs to wake them up and removes the hoses. It's great staging to get the message across that we need to wake up from our comfort being ignorant or "asleep" while the world is burning. We need people to wake up to reality to actually take action in the world rather than remaining asleep and finding comfort in escapism, acceptance of defeat, and ignorance. The other part of this is that people aren't "lazy" for finding comfort in escaping the horrors of the world. We're bombarded with hate, violence, pain, suffering and it's impossible to expect people to just "deal with it". The issue is the people running the machine, i.e. the leaders who choose war, greed, and hate at the expense of everyone else.

(Burns) It is the end Darkness Lasts Reason sleeps while the world burns" A part of the lyrics that says a lot about the song. He wrote it during Covid. I have something important to say! Apparently Luke had a very nice outfit prepared for the stage but a problem showed up and he couldn't wear it, so he had to improvise with this bland one. However I think this outfit is also quite nice. The name of the song, translated, means "I only feel like sleeping" or "I'm always sleepy" and his outfit really reminds me of a pajama! Also the song has a deep meaning
@@Vinseurovision Well, it's about "sleeping"(avoiding) problems instead of trying to fix them. He said: "People have to wake up, so we can beat the evil growing inside of us by opening our eyes."
